Anastasia Georgiou
Anastasia Georgiou is Director of Client Solutions for the Adviser segment across EMEA.
Anastasia has 20 years’ experience working in financial services, she is an experienced product leader who is focused on driving the vision and roadmap for businesses and has experience working across Asset Manager, Distribution and Retail solutions. Prior to joining Morningstar in 2007, Anastasia was a Product Manager with Standard & Poor’s for four years.
Andrew Cole

Andrew Cole
Andrew joined Fidelity in 2014 as Head of Platform Shared Services and Change where his primary responsibility was the execution of Fidelity’s multi-year strategic programme. Andrew has since moved into Fidelity’s Global Business Operations where he is now responsible for Distribution Operations functions globally. He is also a Non-Executive director of TeX, a not-for-profit organisation focused on setting standards and governance for transfers and re-registrations in the industry.
Andrew brings with him more than 18 years’ experience working in the Financial Services Industry having held a number of senior positions in Deloitte, Investec Bank, JP Morgan, Close Brothers, Barclays and Fidelity. Prior to joining Fidelity, his most recently held positions included Managing Director of Close Fund Services Ltd and Global Head of Wealth Services at Barclays.

Andy Brodie
Andy joined Rathbones in April 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and is accountable for operations, change, technology and facilities. He began his career in the British Army and having left in 2004 completed an MBA at Edinburgh University. Andy has worked at BSkyB, O2 Telefonica, Barclays Wealth and Aberdeen Standard Capital, prior to joining Rathbones. Over his career he has held senior roles focusing on client service, operations, technology and change. Andy’s previous role was Chief Operating Officer at Aberdeen Standard Capital, part of Standard Life Aberdeen.
Anthony Clewlow

Anthony Clewlow
Anthony is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background of driving efficiencies through bespoke software development and project management. After graduating in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Anthony spent over 10 years at Electronic Data System before joining Bordier UK in 2009 as a Software Development Manager. Anthony became the Director of IT in 2017 and subsequently Chief Operating Officer and a director of the company in 2021. He is the Data Protection representative for Bordier UK, ensuring the firm’s compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and is also a member of the Operational Risk Committee.
David Ostojitsch

David Ostojitsch
David joined PIMFA in November 2022 as Government Relations and Policy Director. He is responsible for PIMFA’s relationships with governments and regulators and regulatory and supervisory policy.
Before joining PIMFA, David spent 16 years working across financial services change and policy, including four years as the Director of Technology and Operations at the Association of Financial Markets Europe (AFME). Earlier in his career, David worked at PwC in investment management and technology advisory.

David Strydom
As Chief Technology Officer, David leads Raymond James’s long-term technology vision in the UK, and is responsible for the Technology Group and Facilities within the business. The Technology Group includes functions for IT Support, Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Continuity, Software Development and Programme Delivery.
David Strydom relocated from South Africa to London, where he started as an engineer for a specialised managed service provider that supported blue chip companies across the UK. This early career experience exposed David to wide ranging support and architecture on a large scale and he quickly became a dynamic and valued resource within the firm.
David joined Raymond James in 2009 working in a variety of IT roles, laterally and vertically. He has participated in the design and implementation of the infrastructure, business continuity plans, business applications and workflows. David has demonstrated not only the relevant experience and expertise throughout his career at Raymond James but also a clear commitment to supporting the business.
David keeps active playing a number of sports and since moving to the UK has caught the bug for snowboarding. He is also close to his family who are spread around the globe providing opportunity for exciting reunions.

Dino joined James Hambro & Partners in August 2016 as Portfolio Manager. His role evolved in the following years to include the roles of Deputy Head of Private Clients and COO-Investments before becoming COO in December 2022 and is accountable for operations, technology, project management and central administration. He began his career with Laing & Cruickshank in 1999 and also worked at UBS and Quilter Cheviot before joining JH&P.

With over 16 years of experience in the wealth and investment management industry, Jaclyn has worked across multiple business disciplines and now leads the development of high-net-worth segmental strategy and execution of the strategic change agenda, driving transformational initiatives across the organisation. She is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an MBA with distinction. She is motivated by applying her skills and expertise to complex and challenging problems, and delivering to a high standard to generate value.

Jim London
Jim London is CEO of SEI Investments (Europe) Limited. He also serves as Head of SEI’s UK Private Banking and Wealth Management business, leading the delivery of comprehensive technology and operations solutions for UK wealth managers.
With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services across global banking, investment administration, and wealth management, Jim previously served as Chief Operating Officer for SIEL. In that role, he oversaw operations, technology, and change management, as well as supported enterprise risk, resilience, and business continuity planning. During his tenure at SEI, Jim’s breadth of experience with the SEI Wealth PlatformSM includes operations, relationship management, implementation, sales, and solutions.
Jim has worked with a number of firms and strategic partners through their introduction to SEI and implementation of our solutions, as well as through growth, acquisition, market, and regulatory changes. He has led the ongoing evolution of our operating model, exploring and implementing a range of automation, efficiency, and process improvement measures.
Serving on the board of SEI Guernsey, Jim also participates in a number of industry forums and group committees. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Warwick University.

Liz joined PIMFA (then known as the Wealth Management Association) as Chief Executive in 2014.
Liz has 30 years financial services experience, of which, 19 years served in the capacity of Chief Executive. She has successfully transformed and advised several businesses through redefining strategy, re-branding, change management and inspirational leadership, creating profitable businesses. She has substantive experience of people and corporate culture risk, regulatory knowhow across the industry – banking, insurance and wealth management and providing good practice guidelines for the industry to adopt.
Liz is an accredited coach and industry leader encouraging collaborative participation of diverse groups of industry experts to address sector challenges and to leverage industry resources for collective benefit and she holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck.

Luke is a Partner in the Commercial team and co-heads the national FinTech practice at Shoosmihs. He specialises in commercial, contracting, IT, and technology matters (including strategic outsourcing, procurement, and supply deals).
Luke has specialist experience and is a very active practitioner in the Financial Services, FinTech and Payments sectors. This includes advising on contracts and arrangements which are subject to regulatory controls – such as material outsourcings and use of cloud.He acts for businesses across the Financial Services ecosystem both UK and internationally, ranging from institutions, payment services providers, and intermediaries, through to specialist FinTech providers and entities (including retail and e-commerce businesses) procuring financial services and products. His clients have ranged from large international groups and PLCs through to start-up, scale-up, and challenger businesses.

Mayank Prakash
Mayank joined Tilney Smith & Williamson from FTSE 100 Centrica where he served as Chief Consumer Digital & Information Officer. Prior to this, Mayank was Chief Digital & Information Officer at the UK Department of Work & Pensions, where he was responsible for transformation of the UK’s biggest IT and Operations estate and scaling digital services for 13 million people. He has led transformation, tech, data, security and operations for FTSE100 and Fortune 500 industry leaders including Morgan Stanley and Sage Group.
Mayank is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Uber in UK, is the Deputy President and Fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT and has been recognised as a Wharton Business School Fellow, as the most influential person in UK information technology by Computer Weekly and as CIO of the Year by Computing.

Nick Johnson
Nick Johnson works for Coutts and is the business owner of NatWest Group’s direct to customer investment platforms NatWest Invest, Royal Bank Invest and Coutts Invest. Nick and his team focus on planning and delivering the strategic roadmap for these services, creating experiences that delight customers, commercial performance and managing the risks that flow from all this.
Before working for NatWest Group, Nick managed the FCA’s investment thematic team leading the cross industry supervision of investment distributors. Prior to this Nick worked in consultancy.
Niral Parekh

Niral Parekh is our Chief Operations Officer, in charge of operations, digital and technology functions.
Niral was previously a director in digital, strategy and turnaround consulting (ex-Big 4), in charge of business turnaround, corporate strategy, proposition & operations design, digital transformation, regulatory and delivery for wealth and private banking.
Niral completed his undergraduate degree in Boston, and started his career in New York with Deloitte Strategy Consulting. He subsequently moved to London and worked at Ernst & Young within their private equity, wealth and asset management business. He has held roles in wealth management previously, as head of product proposition at Tilney and Towry Wealth management in charge of DFM, technical, advice and fund of fund proposition. Also headed corporate strategy and risk at Ashcourt Rowan.
Niral is a CFA charterholder and has an MBA from London Business School. He lives in Chislehurst and enjoys hiking, running and spending time with his family.

Richard Adler
Richard joined PIMFA (then known as the Wealth Management Association) in January 2017 as Director of Strategic Partnerships. His areas of responsibility at PIMFA include membership and business development.
Preceding this he was Relationship Director at the British Bankers Association (BBA) for almost four years. He looked after all aspects of membership and relationship management at Bank and associate CEO level and was formerly Director of Financial & Professional Services at TheCityUK. He was also a Board Director of BBA GOLD Limited an Operational Loss Risk Platform.
Prior to that Richard was Director of Institutional Sales at Cofunds, the Funds Platform, and has held a number of senior positions, including the formation of Allfunds Bank in the UK. Richard has worked in Financial Services for 37 years, in a career spanning Stockbroking, Financial Planning ,Custody, Asset Management and Banking.

Prior to that, Rob was Commercial Director at Santander Asset Management UK, leading their product, marketing, and distribution teams.
